No cracks, repaired, or broken pieces. Some patina on the metal spokes, wheels, and axle. I do not know the history of this item, nor do I know if it is vintage or contemporary. It is very solid, rolls like it should, and handle bars/front wheel turn like it should. Horse appears to be hand carved and stained. I do not see any modern hardware used, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is antique. Wheels have metal spokes, wood rim with metal wrapped around the tread. Leather saddle with metal stirrups. Straw-like tail. Much of the metal appears to be iron. Measures 13" tall, 13" long, and 8" inches wide, wheel hub to wheel hub. Weighs around 5 pounds. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
