A rare vintage pull toy of a clown riding a tricycle, with the pedals and legs in motion when the toy is being pulled. It is in very good condition, attractively showing its age, with small dings, scratches, slight soiling, and other minor signs of age and use. The clown, with arms and legs made from beads, is about 7" long. The piece is about 6 3/4" tall by 5 3/4" long. I could not find a single other example of the toy. There are some later wood and plastic Brio toys similar enough in construction and mechanics that you have to wonder if this isn't an early example of a Brio form.
