Metal wire frame with wooden seat, handle bar grips & wheels. Has discoloration , chip on seat, scuff/rub marks . Please see photos . Three small pieces of twisted wire hang from the lower frame in back. Wheels turn & front handlebars with wheel swivels. About 5" tall x 7" long x 3.5" wide.
